1. Who I Am

I am Nitin Monga, an independent freelancer based in Punjab, India, operating this website at nitinmonga.in. This policy explains how I collect, use, and protect any information you provide when using this website.

2. Information I Collect

I may collect the following information:
  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and message when you reach out via the contact form.
  • Usage data: anonymised analytics data such as page views, device type, and browser via Google Analytics (no personally identifiable information).
  • Local tool inputs: Logo Scale Tester, Color Palette Generator, and Font Pairing Preview process their tool inputs locally in your browser. This does not exclude the website analytics and advertising described elsewhere in this policy. Font previews load Google Fonts. Palette share links include color values in their URLs, which are sent in page requests when opened. Inline SVG logos may include external resource references that trigger browser requests.
  • UI Analyzer: uploaded screenshots are sent to the server, converted to resized JPEGs, stored on Cloudinary and sent to Anthropic (Claude) for analysis. The database stores image URLs, analysis mode, scores, feedback, strengths where supported, recommendations, palette, timestamps and hashed IP addresses. Uploaded designs and their analysis results are retained indefinitely to provide shareable results, maintain scan history and improve the accuracy and consistency of UI Analyzer. We may use submitted designs, scores and analysis results to evaluate patterns, test changes and improve the tool through internal evaluation. This is separate from processing by Anthropic and is not a claim that we or a provider train AI on submissions. Eligible designs may appear in Recent Scans or other public areas; shareable result URLs may remain accessible. Do not upload confidential, private or sensitive designs that you do not want stored or potentially displayed publicly.
  • Design Proofreader: screenshots are processed on the server, stored on Cloudinary and sent to OpenAI for proofreading. Image URLs, extracted text, corrections, error counts, timestamps and hashed IP addresses are stored to provide results and track usage. Cloudinary image URLs can be accessed by anyone who has the URL.
  • Resume Builder and QR Studio: editing and file generation run in your browser, but downloads send data to the server for tracking. Resume records include name, email, phone, job title, location, template, format, score, section counts, link presence, timestamp and hashed IP. QR records include QR form contents (which may include WiFi passwords, UPI IDs or contact details), styling, logo presence, format, timestamp and hashed IP. These records are used in administrative usage reports.
  • Quote Creator, NameCraft, Indian Language Typing and YouTube Keyword Tool: quote and name text and rendering options are sent to the server to generate images. Quote generation tracking stores up to 280 characters of quote text, styling, timestamp and hashed IP. Transliteration text is sent through the server to Google Input Tools. YouTube keyword searches send queries to suggestion services and store the seed keyword, language, timestamp and hashed IP for usage limits and administrative reports. Paid keyword generation sends topic, niche and keywords to Anthropic (Claude) and stores these inputs and generated results.
  • Paid tool reports: UI Analyzer PDF and YouTube generation orders store email, phone, order/payment identifiers, amount, currency, status, timestamps, hashed IP and the related analysis or generation data to process payments and deliver results. Payment details are sent to Cashfree. Anyone with a paid result/order link may access its available report or generation inputs/output; keep order links private. Public design submissions to Drishti store designs and submission details for public display and moderation. Tool unlock and ad-event records store event details, timestamps and hashed IP addresses for usage limits and funnel reporting.

3. How I Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiries and project requests.
  • To improve the website based on usage patterns.
  • I do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

This website uses cookies to analyse traffic via Google Analytics. These cookies do not store personally identifiable information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

5. Google AdSense

This website displays ads via Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show you relevant ads based on your browsing activity. You can opt out via Google Ads Settings.

6. Data Retention

Contact form messages are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and are not shared with any third party. Tool records and uploaded images have no configured automatic deletion period. UI Analyzer designs and analysis records are intentionally retained indefinitely, including historical submissions, with no automatic expiry or scheduled cleanup. Recent Scans and existing shareable URLs remain available while their records are retained; uninterrupted permanent availability is not guaranteed. Removing a database result does not by itself delete its Cloudinary image. Service providers apply their own retention policies to information they receive. Browser localStorage remains until you clear the site data or replace it in the tool.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you. To make such a request, email nitinmonga14@gmail.com. For a tool result, include the result link or order identifier and enough information to identify the record. You can request removal of both the stored report and uploaded image. Copies downloaded or republished by others may remain outside my control.

8. Security

I take reasonable precautions to protect your information. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
