From blank to branded QR in under a minute

No design software, no accounts, no export limits. Pick your QR type, style it to match your brand, and download.

01

Choose your QR type

Select from URL, WiFi, WhatsApp, UPI payment, Instagram, Google Reviews, vCard, or Email. Each type shows only the fields you actually need — no manual QR formatting required.

02

Enter your content

Fill in the relevant details. For WiFi that's your SSID and password. For UPI it's your VPA and amount. For vCards it's name, phone, and company. The tool builds the correct QR payload automatically.

03

Style it to match your brand

Pick a dot shape preset, choose your brand colors, enable a gradient, and optionally upload your logo to embed in the center. Every change updates the preview instantly.

04

Export PNG or SVG

Download a 1000×1000 px PNG for digital and print use, an SVG for infinite scalability, or a transparent PNG for compositing. No watermark. No signup. Use it anywhere.

Why plain QR codes are a missed branding opportunity

A standard black-and-white QR code is technically functional but visually anonymous. On a business card, product label, or restaurant menu, it reads as generic — something printed without thought. A branded QR code using your logo, brand color, and a considered dot style communicates the same destination with an entirely different level of professionalism.

Research consistently shows that branded QR codes have higher scan rates than plain ones. Users are more likely to scan a QR code that looks intentional and trustworthy. A QR code with your logo in the center signals that someone designed this — it belongs here, it's safe, and it goes somewhere specific.

Brand QR Studio uses the High (H) error correction level for all exports, which means up to 30% of the QR pattern can be modified for styling — dot shapes, color fills, logo overlap — without affecting scannability. This is the same error correction level used by major brands on physical packaging worldwide.

One tool, every QR scenario

Business cards & stationery

Embed a vCard QR on your business card so contacts can save your details with one scan. Style it in your brand colors so it doesn't look like an afterthought.

Restaurant & café menus

Link to a digital menu PDF or website. A rounded, on-brand QR on a table card is far more inviting than a plain grid. Update the URL anytime without reprinting.

WiFi sharing

Generate a WiFi QR for your café, office, or home. Print it, frame it, stick it on the wall. Guests scan and connect instantly — no password typing required.

UPI payment collection

Create a UPI QR for your VPA with a pre-filled amount. Place it at checkout, on invoices, or in WhatsApp to accept payments without a payment gateway.

Social media growth

Instagram QR codes on packaging, receipts, or event badges drive followers without requiring users to search for your handle. Works for any profile with a public URL.

Google Reviews

Make it effortless for happy customers to leave a review. A Google Reviews QR on your counter, receipt, or post-service email removes all friction from the process.

Frequently asked questions

Is Brand QR Studio completely free?

Yes — all QR types, styles, and export formats are free with no login required. PNG, SVG, and transparent exports are all included at no cost, with no watermark on any output.

Which QR code types are supported?

Website URL, WiFi credentials (SSID + password), WhatsApp chat links, UPI payment requests, Instagram profile links, Google Reviews, digital vCards (name, phone, email, company), and email links. Each type has a dedicated input form so you never have to format raw QR data manually.

Will the styled QR codes still scan reliably?

Yes. All exports use High (H) error correction level, which allows up to 30% of the QR pattern to be obscured or styled while remaining scannable by any QR reader including iOS Camera, Android Camera, WhatsApp, and dedicated QR apps.

Can I add my own logo to the QR code?

Yes. Upload any PNG or SVG logo and it will be centered inside the QR code pattern. The High error correction ensures the code remains fully scannable even with a logo covering the center. For best results, keep logo coverage below 25% of the QR area.

What export formats are available?

PNG at 1000×1000 px — suitable for digital use, printing on business cards, packaging, and signage. SVG for infinite scalability and editing in Illustrator, Figma, or Inkscape. Transparent PNG for compositing the QR code over any background without a white box.

What design options are available?

7 dot shape presets (square, rounded, dots, classy, extra-rounded, and more), corner square and corner dot style options, custom foreground color, custom background color, gradient fill mode, and logo upload. Combine these to match any brand identity.

Can I use the QR codes for commercial projects?

Absolutely. QR codes generated by Brand QR Studio carry no license restrictions. Use them on product packaging, business cards, restaurant menus, event posters, pitch decks, or any client deliverable without attribution.

How is this different from a basic QR code generator?

Most free QR generators produce a plain black-and-white grid. Brand QR Studio gives you dot shapes, corner styles, gradient fills, logo placement, and professional design presets — producing QR codes you'd actually want to put on packaging, a storefront window, or a premium business card.

Does my data get sent to a server?

No personal or sensitive data is logged. The QR code is generated client-side in the browser using the qr-code-styling library. WiFi passwords, UPI IDs, and vCard details are encoded directly into the QR pattern without being stored or transmitted.

What size should I export for print?

The PNG export is 1000×1000 px at 72 DPI, which prints cleanly at up to about 3.5 × 3.5 inches. For larger print sizes — banners, posters, standees — use the SVG export, which scales to any size without pixelation.
